Xtreme HD respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Our Role
Xtreme HD is a technology service provider that facilitates access to publicly available internet streams. We do not host, store, produce, or control any of the content accessible through our service. All streams are sourced from third-party providers.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including information sufficient to permit us to locate it
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Response to Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the complaint promptly
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if within our control
- Notify the relevant content provider if applicable
- Respond to the complainant within a reasonable timeframe
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
